  We utilize Standard Shipping via USPS which typically take between 1-2 business days to process and ship.  Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and are excluded from these processing and shipping times. Please consider this when completing your order.

 For your order to be fully processed and shipped, payment and address authorization must be received.

We always strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, however, there may be delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to ensure that your order arrives by a specific date, we suggest that you contact us, 731-784-2724

 

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for City Gift credit or exchange only when postmarked within 14 days from shipment date. Items must have original tags in place, unworn clothing (no makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains), and from a non-smoking environment. There can not be any signs of wear. Includes non-clothing items also.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

City Gift has the right to refuse the return of items if it does not meet our standard.  It is up to the customer to contact City Gift for any return approval, questions or concerns.

Damages originating from production or shipping must be reported within 2 business days of receiving merchandise or the merchandise cannot be returned.

Returns cannot be made on custom items. (Anything that the customer has personalized)

Lost Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

How should I send my return back?

Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

1) Log in to your account on our website.

2) Find your order with the items you are requesting to return.

3) Select those items and request to complete the return form.

4) Once completed, please include a copy of the original receipt/proof of purchase. If receipt is lost contact us prior to shipment.

5) The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Securely repackage your items.
